The hotel is nestled up in the hills, surrounded by lush greenery from the jungle. It offers a tranquil and peaceful atmosphere. The location is just a short 5-minute ride by tuk-tuk into the heart of Kata, making it convenient to access the beach and local area. The staff at the hotel are very friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The cleanliness of the hotel facilities is of a high standard, ensuring a comfortable stay.
Everything is what I need and want.

The rooms were spacious and had a great view. The location was close to the beach and away from the hustle and bustle.- The staff were friendly and helpful.
The service was slow and inconsistent. The hotel was not as beachfront as advertised, and getting to the beach was a hassle.

I like the view from the hotel... Something unique. Location is good near the beach but the road to beach is not quite convenient. You need to rise a hill. May be a good exercise. I definitely wish to stay next time when we visit.
Staff were not quite friendly and accomodative. We booked three duluxe rooms for two families which were provided in three different building. After lot of hard talk they understood our requirement and accomodated us comfortably.

The hotel has a good location, being away from the hustle and bustle of the town but still within walking distance down to the beach. the room we stayed in was comfortable, with good facilities that included a full kitchen. the breakfast was decent, and the service was admirable. the view from the hotel was splendid, with a fantastic sight of the sailing boats in the bay.
The bathrooms in the hotel were showing signs of wear and tear, which is normal with tropical weather, and needed some renovation.

aprtment was nice and clean suitable for honey mooners who prefer to stay in room only
It is too far from main attraction in Phuket at Patong, taxi take 400-500 Bhat to go to patong from this resort. Resort is on up hill and even go to near market taxi will take 100 bhat as it is on top hill so comig and going down to market is a diffcult thing

Everything was very good. Good breakfast, very comfortable room. The hotel is very quiet and people who stay there are comfortable to stay with. Excellent hotel for the comfort relax or for the honeymoon.
The road to the beach is strange. You have two options - through the jungle or rather long road. It would be better to make normal stairway in the jungle, so the way to the beach would be much easier.

We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, situated at the top of a hill with a stunning jungle trail leading down to the beach. The views from our balcony were breathtaking, overlooking the beautiful ocean and jungle headland. The staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service, always going out of their way to accommodate our needs. The room itself was spacious and well-designed, with a comfortable bed and all the necessary amenities like air conditioning and a safe. We also enjoyed the delicious buffet breakfast and the option to order omelettes or pancakes made to order by the talented chef.
We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay. The location is unbeatable, with breathtaking views and easy access to the beach.

Good location, spacious rooms
Breakfast menu should change. We had the same menu for five continuous days. Food portions are tiny. Since very good dining options are available nearby we did not have our meals at Aspasia since the pricing is high and portions are very small

I liked the staff, they were excellent towards the visitors and nothing was too much trouble for them. They were pleasant to everyone and greeted all people with the same level of friendliness and professionalism you would expect from a 5 star establishment. I will be recommending the Aspasia to everyone who is comming to phuket. The only thing that i didnt like was the constant harassment by the stall holders. It gets very annoying after a while.
I would like to see some members of staff with a little more understanding of the english language .

The location had a beautiful view and was close to plenty of shops and cafes. Our room was massive with a spacious terrace.
The climb up to the hotel was too steep and difficult, especially with luggage. the TV was old and the air conditioning unit was too noisy.

The location and lower density tourism was ideal for us. Nearness to the beach was a major attraction. The geographical location was excellent in protecting the beach from strong winds. We loved the outlook from our balcony. The rooms were spacious and could be well aired so we did not have to be in air conditioned air continuosly. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel after sorting out some initial problems. The room cleaning staff were friendly, polite and eager to help when asked. The restaurant staff were attentive and enjoyable to be around.
The staff at the front desk were not very welcoming. Having just come from a major Bangkok hotel, the difference in check-in attitude of your staff was very noticeable. A smile would have been appreciated. The first room on the ground floor that we were shown to smelled very musty and stuffy. We found it difficult to breathe the air. On discussion with your new manager who listened most graciously and non defensively to our concerns, she agreed to upgrade us to a different room the next day which, after airing, was agreeable to us. We feel the bedroom matress was due to be replaced. When we payed our bill on departure, again we were disappointed at the lack of interest by the desk staff as to whether we enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Again, a farewell smile could have smoothed over any bad experiences.

We had a beautiful room on the top floor with great views across Kata Beach. The price paid for the facilities offered was half that of a lesser hotel in Patong. The staff were very helpful and the manager made a point of checking each day that you had no problems and if there were any problems they were fixed promptly.
The Aspasia is on a hill and can only be reached by a steep climb unless you are willingly to pay 200B each time to get a tuk tuk, I noticed other hotels nearby had shuttles for guests to over come this. Also the rooms can only be reached via staircases therefore not really suitable for people with physical disabilities. The breakfast offered is ok but limited in range compared to other hotels we have stayed at in Thailand.
